Corporate banking experience
Initial strong background working with Salomon Brothers\Citibank on Equities, Derivatives and some fund management. Work with the European Central Bank (later the ESM) on developing a ITIL Service based framework. For Monitise with their clients Nat West, RBS and Santander who were users of the FinKit platform we developed.

Process orientated
From develop Business Activity Model and process maps using BPM. Strong on data modelling using ER diagrams. Production of swim-lane diagrams and general flow charts. I like developing RichPictures too. Use cases where appropriate and data flow diagrams always have their place. Strong on GAP analysis developing the as-is and the to-be models.

Jira / confluence experience preferred not essential
Yes to both and using Microsoft TFS. Also using Jira to generate reports of outstanding work as well as configuring sprints and logging user stories at the right level.
Have also used Confluence as a discussion, requirements tool. I like to use SLACK as a communication tool as well.

On-boarding
For Monitise work on a large piece of work for onboarding. In short it was about regulatory and compliance as well as linking with security of data. There was no point in capturing data it if wasn't going to be used and could become out of date especially if it is held elsewhere. We developed using Agile and linked the on-boarding to the MVP, but designed it so it could be easily expanded. About capturing enough to do what is needed, but not too much that the on-boarding process will stall. Links with target time for on-boarding.
